Dear God Letters

July 20, 2023

Letters students wrote to God.

Catch a glimpse of the questions youth are asking God currently.

Have you ever wanted to step inside the mind of today's youth and see what questions they are asking? Take the time to catch a brief glimpse of questions students asked recently in personal letters they wrote to God. As you read them, please pause and pray for them if you're willing. Pray for the LORD to intervene in their lives and provide them with the answers they are looking for. Pray for God to ignite a hunger in their hearts for His word so they can understand the LORD for themselves. If you'd like to join our prayer team, contact us at We'd love to have you join us as we intercede for the lives of youth in the Klamath Basin.

  • "What happens after we die?"

  • “I don’t know if I believe in You. My reasoning is that there are so many other religions who believe in so many other gods. How do we know You are real? Are You just something someone made up?”

  • “Are you ever coming back?”

  • “How big is heaven and how long will it take for it to be full?”

  • “How do we know when the earth will end?”

  • “Why do people call You such a good guy, but You do such bad things to people? Do you really love us all the same?”

  • “How do we know the truth? What is truth?”

  • “How do I become a better person? I truly feel like I’m failing everyone. My mom, dad, and my friends. I’m always arguing with my dad, and I don’t want that anymore. I feel like a horrible daughter.”

  • “How do we really know You wrote the Bible? Do we have evidence?”

  • “Can Satan read our thoughts, or can he just put sinful thoughts in our heads?”
